www.easy.md is a scam, i placed an order 8 month ago , i never received it or got my refund, their support will always say that we are waiting for an answer from the processing department . and they never call back.

Thanks for posting. Did you use a credit card for the transaction? If so, contact your credit card issuer and dispute the charges. You have like a 90% chance of winning the fraud investigation.

Any other pharmacies you have dealt with?

I used electronic check, the problem is that after 3 weeks they asked me to give them 2 more weeks because they are out of stock, i did, they kept on playing games with me.
When i contacted my bank they told me its too late, we cannot do anything after 60 days.

Anyway i learned, but i really dont want them to do it again with anyone else.

I found out that easy.md has many domain names which are all the same thing and all scams, if you checked you will find them all identical prices and same toll free numbers

I really do appreciate your participation. I protection you have is to place all your purchases on your debit card. If you get scammed, your bank will credit you and take the money back from the pharmacies processor. You will always win this bank fraud investigation. Of course you have to initiate it yourself.

I would say any phamacy pressuring you to pay via bank check is more than likely going to defraud you. They know if you pay with a credit card, you have protection. Personal check, no protection.

High Hopes, thanks for the list of names that this merchant has operated under.

Medmaven, you point out so correctly that using a "ACH" check is the wrong thing to do. Using a credit card is the wayy togo as it gives the purchaser so much more leverage when you do not receive what you purchased. "Caed Association"regulations are the regulations that the credit card holders operate by and under. These rules speifically say that the cardholder has up to six Months to dispute a charge to his card. That's a lot longer than what High Hope said his bank gave him on his check.

Yes, I can not stress enough to use your debit/cc when purchasing. I believe the period is a term of 12 full months but I may be wrong.

I will be looking to update the fraud PDF's this week so look out for a new list.

I echo the fact that this site easy.med.com is a fraud. order placed. the deduction was shown from my bank accnt. it took ridiculously long to receive information from THEM that the payment was received (and it only came after I applied pressure asking why it was taking so long) then they deducted the cost of the initial order out of my account again!. Now i have to fax them a statement indicating the second billing to get a refund. they use lengthy processing periods for each step in hopes that you will just let it go.

Thanks for the update. Remember folks, if you have been charged by a scam pharmacy, contact your credit card issuing company ASAP and "dispute charges". You will almost certainly get your money back.
